Helping you reconnect with
joy play rest nature creativity yourself

If you’re honest with yourself:

You’ve never really felt like you truly belong anywhere.

You’ve spent so much time figuring out how to fit in that it almost feels automatic now, like realizing you’re wearing a mask you don’t remember putting on. Outwardly, you might seem like you’ve got it all together—professionally successful, active social life, beautiful family—but inside, it’s a different story.

You’re tired of always feeling like “too much” or “not enough,” and it’s hard to imagine a life where you’re able to just be.

Maybe you also struggle with…

Overwhelming anxiety or panic

Your mind is constantly trying to prepare for the worst, replaying conversations and rehearsing every possible outcome before anything even happens. You’ve learned to anticipate conflict, but this feeling of being on-edge all the time is stealing something from you—your humor, your creativity, your joy. You want to feel lighthearted and present, but the weight of all that worry keeps pulling you away from the things that once made you feel alive.

Feeling burned out on the things that used to fulfill you

You’ve been go-go-going for so long, it’s hard to even imagine slowing down without everything falling apart. There’s a voice in the back of your mind whispering that you should be doing more, learning more, being more—even though you’re already exhausted. The very things that used to make you feel successful or valued now feel like they’re draining the life out of you, but stopping doesn’t feel like an option.

Memories or feelings from the past coming up in the present

Lately, it feels like emotions are surfacing out of nowhere, catching you off guard and leaving you unsettled. Maybe it’s something your child is struggling with that echoes your own pain from childhood, or maybe it’s the way your body tenses when a memory comes up unexpectedly. You wish it didn’t affect you so much, but can’t figure out how to focus on the present moment when these feelings keep pulling you back to the past.

Hi, I’m Susannah.

You’ve already tried to think your way out of this—let’s slow down & try something different together.

In therapy with me, you don’t have to perform, explain yourself, or try so hard to be understood.

I show up with warmth, humor, and a down-to-earth presence that I’ve been told makes it easier to open up, even about the things that might feel too big or messy to share anywhere else. We’ll take things slowly and move at a pace that feels comfortable, creating a space where you can process and move through emotions without feeling rushed or held to a rigid agenda. Whether we’re outside in nature or meeting virtually, my goal is to help you feel grounded and supported as we identify and navigate the paths toward healing and wholeness that feel right for you.

I’m not here to tell you how to feel or what to do—instead, I’m here to help you reconnect with the wisdom that already exists inside you.

I approach therapy as a partnership. You bring your experiences and questions, and I bring a steady, playful, and creative presence to help you explore your inner world. Session to session, we might intentionally incorporate nature, music, or art, or simply sit with what’s coming up for you. However we decide to approach our work together, I’ll make sure it feels safe, manageable, and aligned with your needs. Above all, I’ll hold space for the version of you that’s already whole—even when it’s hard for you to see it yourself.

Here’s how I can help:

  • You wonder if you’re “doing it wrong” as a parent, partner, or person, and the weight of everyone else’s needs leaves you feeling depleted and stuck in cycles of anxiety and burnout. Therapy with me is a space where you can let it all out, slow down, and start carving out time for you—without the guilt, and with a whole lot of compassion for how hard this all is.

  • The memories, shame, and questions about your worth that you’ve been holding inside have been showing up in your life—maybe as exhaustion, physical pain, or waves of panic you can’t explain. Through our work together, we’ll gently explore these pieces and the weight they carry, helping you let go of what no longer serves you and reconnect with the parts of yourself you thought you’d lost.

  • Maybe you’re curious about exploring the depths of your mind, but the unknown feels just as daunting as it does intriguing. Together, we’ll create a space for you to process your experiences with psychedelics at your own pace, weaving the insights you gain into your life in a way that feels meaningful.
