Psychedelic Integration Therapy in Golden, Colorado

& Online Across CO, MA, FL

Incorporate deeper insight, clarity, & connectedness into your life.

You’ve already done a lot of work to heal, but it still feels like something’s missing.

You can sense a deeper pain or burden, but every time you try to touch it, it feels overwhelming or impossible to describe. Even with all the success you’ve enjoyed and the life you’ve created, you feel pulled toward something more—something bigger that you can’t quite define. It feels almost wrong to admit it, because to everyone else, it might look like you have it all figured out. But beneath the surface, there’s a restlessness, this whisper that you haven’t quite uncovered what you’re really here to do, and you can’t ignore it anymore.

Maybe you’ve experienced…

  • A mix of curiosity and fear about trying psychedelics—unsure if it’s something that could truly help or would just feel overwhelming

  • A sense of connection and clarity during a psychedelic journey, but then feeling disconnected from those lessons as daily life pulls you back in

  • Struggling to stay present with uncomfortable feelings that arise, even when you know growth is on the other side

  • The ache of knowing there’s something deeper—something at your core—that you haven’t been able to fully reach or heal yet

  • Wanting to bring the magic of a mystical experience into your everyday world but can’t figure out how to make it fit

WHAT IS PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION THERAPY?

Helping you form a bridge between your psychedelic experience & daily life.

Your journey didn’t end with the medicine—it’s actually just beginning.

The psychedelic experience opens a door to places within you that might have felt unreachable before, giving you access to insights, feelings, and shifts in perspective that are deeply personal and transformative. While I don’t currently facilitate psilocybin-assisted therapy sessions, I am working toward becoming a licensed clinical natural medicine facilitator in Colorado, with the goal of offering legal psilocybin-assisted services by mid-2025. I can, however, currently facilitate ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.

My role is to help you keep that door open, so you can take what you’ve learned and weave it into your daily life. Together, we’ll use creative and intuitive methods—like nature-based therapy, expressive arts therapy, and somatic work—to explore and integrate those experiences without needing to force meaning or rely solely on words. This process helps transform the shifts you felt during your journey into lasting change, giving you the tools to move through life with greater ease, clarity, and connection.

I see myself as a kind of translator for the experiences that can feel too big, too profound, or too hard to put into words.

Integration is about taking what you saw and felt and shaping it into something you can embody and express in a way that feels true to you in your day-to-day life. Though the things that can come up in this work can sometimes be uncomfortable to sit with, you don’t have to go through it alone—I’ll be here to guide and support you every step of the way, helping you find meaning, connection, and a new sense of possibility in your life.

What to expect

The framework for our sessions can be customized to your needs

Our work together follows a flexible framework: Regulation, Transformation, and Integration. This approach helps you feel grounded and supported as we explore deeper parts of your mind and experiences. I tailor each session to meet you where you are, ensuring that the process feels safe and aligned with what you’re ready for.

This means that wherever we go in this work—whether we’re preparing to face something challenging, exploring transformative moments, or weaving insights into your daily life—you’ll have the space and guidance to move at your own pace and make the most of your healing journey.

  • Before we step into the deeper work, we’ll focus on helping you feel steady and prepared to face whatever might come up. This is where you’ll learn ways to stay grounded, so even when things feel intense or overwhelming, you can find your center again. Think of it as strengthening your foundation—giving you the confidence and tools to explore the parts of yourself that might feel a little scary to face.

  • This is where we move into the heart of the work, exploring the places that hold meaning, insight, and sometimes pain. With the tools we’ve built in the regulation phase, you’ll have the freedom to decide how far and deep you’re ready to go, without pushing yourself beyond your limits.

Think of it like a caterpillar entering its cocoon: within this safe, supported space, you can process, unravel epiphanies, and start to see the possibilities for growth that come from embracing transformation as a natural part of life.

  • After the breakthroughs, we’ll work together to bring those insights back into your everyday life. This is where everything starts to click—where you turn what you’ve learned into meaningful changes and feel the impact of your healing. With this support, you’ll learn to unfurl your wings and embody the growth you’ve experienced—feeling more connected, more steady, and more aligned with the life you want to live.

Frequently asked questions

  • Psychedelic integration therapy can help you make sense of the insights, emotions, or memories that may surface during or after a psychedelic experience. It provides a supportive space to explore how these experiences connect to your life and how they might inspire change or healing. Whether the journey was joyful, challenging, or somewhere in between, integration work helps you process what came up and find ways to apply it in your day-to-day world. It’s also a way to explore any unresolved feelings or questions from past experiences, even if they happened long ago.

  • The legality of using psychedelics for therapy depends on where you are and how they’re being used. In some places, like Colorado, certain psychedelic medicines, such as psilocybin mushrooms, have been decriminalized for personal use and also approved for therapeutic use under specific conditions. I don’t provide or administer psychedelics myself—I focus on helping you prepare for and integrate these experiences. For ketamine assisted psychotherapy, I can support and guide you through the experience with the support of the medical team that’s providing your prescription. We can discuss this process further on a consultation call if it interests you. That said, it’s important to research the laws in your area and approach these medicines with care and intention.

  • If you’re not at all open to exploring the potential of psychedelics as tools for healing, integration therapy may not feel helpful or aligned for you. Similarly, if you’re in the middle of a significant mental health crisis, taking psychedelics might not be safe—but integration therapy can still provide support by helping you process past experiences. Another consideration is whether you feel grounded and safe in your day-to-day life. If there’s a lack of stability or support outside of therapy, integration work may be harder to fully engage in until more of that safety is in place.

  • No, I don’t provide or administer psychedelics. My role is to guide you in preparing for a psychedelic journey and in processing what comes up afterward. However, I can be present with you during a ketamine assisted session in collaboration with the medical practitioners who are providing you the medicine. I’m also working toward becoming a licensed clinical natural medicine facilitator in Colorado, with the goal of offering legal psilocybin-assisted services by mid-2025. For now, I focus on helping you integrate your experiences in meaningful ways. You can read more about Colorado’s rules and statutes around psychedelic-assisted therapy by clicking here and here.
